Click and Collect

Click & Collect offers you the convenience of ordering online and picking up your products from our Balgowlah, Sydney store. Simply add your chosen products to Cart, select 'Pick Up' as the delivery method at the Checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. It's that easy.

Monday - 9.00 to 5.00
Tuesday - 9.00 to 5.00
Wednesday - 9.00 to 5.00
Thursday - 9.00 to 5.00
Friday - 9.00 to 5.00

Why am I only seeing Click & Collect as a delivery option?

If you’re seeing Click & Collect as the ONLY Delivery Option, this is because one or more products in your cart (i.e. Ultraceuticals) can only be purchased via this Delivery Option.

When can I collect my order?

You will receive an email notification once your Click & Collect order is ready to be picked up.
